Clinical Supervision
I offer individual clinical supervision to social workers and other helping professionals who are working in clinical and therapeutic roles. This extends to those who are working towards these roles, as well as social workers seeking mental health accreditation.
Engaging in regular, good-quality supervision is a baseline professional and personal responsibility. It's hands-down one of the most meaningful ways to develop and refine your professional identity; skills; knowledge; practice wisdom; confidence; clinical and personal safety; explore and move through stuckness and overwhelm; prevent burnout; and increase professional satisfaction and longevity.
Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW)
Clinical Supervisor trained in the AASW Advanced Supervision Program
Strong experience in working with risk, complexity, trauma processing using a tri-phasic model, assessment, formulation, treatment planning, and medium to long-term therapy
Special interest in supporting neurodivergent professionals (hello! from a fellow ADHDer)
I receive my own supervision on a regular basis > individual; peer; specialist consultation
Member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
Professional Member of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD)
Associate Member of the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA)
Supervision Fee: $210 (GST included) per 60-minute session
